John Wolfrom
John specializes in new home sales and has 25 years of experience in
helping Greenville-area buyers and sellers understand the complexities of
new home sales.
A graduate of Furman University, he has lived in Greenville
for more than 30 years and knows the senior professionals in the greater Greenville real
estate market. He frequently is consulted by his peers for advice and
opinion on complex real estate questions. John knows what adds value to
new homes and how these elements of value affect their resale. He

Janice Jennings
Janice has been with Providence Realty & Marketing since 1994 and has
earned the nationally recognized New Homes Sales Professional
designation. She has worked in all aspects of new home sales as well as
the resale market. She lives with her husband and two sons in the Golden
Strip area and is active in her church as well as being on the advisory
board for the Greenville Technical College Marketing program. Janice says
the most enjoyable part of working in the real estate business is getting
to know her clients.
John Allen
John is a South Carolina native who grew
up in Spartanburg
County. A graduate
of Wofford College,
he worked as a journalist for The Spartanburg Herald for four years and
for Clemson
University in
public relations management and marketing for 33 years.
He is a graduate of The Wyatt Institute of Real Estate in Greenville and
joined Providence Realty & Marketing as a sales agent in March, 2000.
